This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership as a trusted advisor, offering data-driven insights, forecasting assistance, and performance evaluations.
• Create and uphold reporting frameworks, scorecards, and performance metrics to monitor attainment, productivity, and pipeline health.
• Design frameworks and tools that enable representatives to focus on high-value activities and accounts, enhancing funnel efficiency.
• Facilitate and optimize sales administrative processes, including territory assignments, quota establishment, incentive tracking, and CRM maintenance.
• Implement A/B tests, pilot programs, and cohort analyses to assess sales strategies, incentive initiatives, and process modifications.
• Construct repeatable processes, dashboards, and reporting structures tailored for larger and more intricate sales teams.
• Detect bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and propose enhancements to boost sales effectiveness and coverage.
• Work alongside Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to synchronize revenue operations efforts with broader business objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• More than 2 years of experience in a highly analytical position within Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
• Advanced expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Domo, Power BI, Looker) and developing impactful dashboards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an expert level (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and advanced formulas).
• Significant experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, involving report generation and dashboard development.
• Practical experience utilizing AI/automation tools in the workplace to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, or scale reporting/insights.
• Strong comprehension of sales metrics and sales processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to convert complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and moderate technical skills for data querying, transformation, and modeling.
• Experience with SQL or Python for data extraction and modeling.
• Familiarity with lead scoring, account-based marketing (ABM), and customer lifecycle management.
