This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Configure and manage HubSpot properties, deal pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, workflows, sequences, user roles and permissions, imports, and deduplication.
• Integrate HubSpot with the WordPress website, forms, tracking code, chat, advertising platforms, and event lead lists.
• Define and uphold HubSpot standards across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success departments.
• Ensure pipeline data remains clean and up-to-date.
• Establish and maintain conversion tracking across the website, ad platforms, and events.
• Set UTM conventions and implement offline conversion imports to monitor channels leading to won deals.
• Develop lead routing and handoff processes between Marketing and Sales teams.
• Collaborate with the LinkedIn automation and nurturing agency on email and nurture workflows.
• Create dashboards and a monthly marketing scorecard highlighting new ARR, pipeline, and won deals by channel and event.
• Automate recurring reporting tasks.
• Oversee HubSpot email operations, including list management, segmentation, and deliverability.
• Conduct an audit of HubSpot configuration and tracking, website connectivity, and documentation within the first 30 days.
• Align standards with Sales and Customer Success and reconfigure HubSpot within the first 60 days.
• Take ownership of HubSpot and marketing reporting, delivering the monthly scorecard and tracking events through the pipeline and won deals within the first 90 days.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or CRM administration.
• Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot configuration across Marketing and Sales Hubs, including properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows, permissions, reports, and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of B2B funnels, attribution, and lead management processes.
• Proficient in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and ad-platform conversion tracking.
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort with spreadsheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate with U.S.-based Sales and leadership teams.
• Capability to unify different teams under shared standards.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
