Senior Director, Research & Analytics Product Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the creation and implementation of strategic initiatives that support the overall objectives and long-term growth of the company.

• Work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure departmental goals are in sync with the broader business strategy.

• Manage operations across various teams, ensuring uniformity, efficiency, and accountability.

• Offer strategic insights, data-backed recommendations, and forward-thinking planning to shape the organization’s direction.

• Cultivate and sustain high-performing teams through collaboration, innovation, and ongoing improvement.

• Track performance metrics and operational outcomes to pinpoint areas for enhancement and execute solutions.

• Foster sustainable sales outcomes by aligning execution with strategic priorities and maintaining disciplined sales practices.

• Direct and lead teams across one or more functional domains.

• Convert company strategy into multifunctional departmental or segment objectives.

• Establish, influence, and communicate a coherent vision along with a long-term organizational plan.

• Hold teams accountable for sustained sales performance through coaching, clear expectations, and operational discipline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• 5+ years of pertinent experience in leading strategic initiatives, operations, or business transformations across multiple functions.

• Proven experience collaborating with senior leadership to align departmental goals with overarching business strategies.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams across one or more functional areas.

• Capacity to translate company strategy into actionable objectives.

• Experience utilizing performance metrics, operational data, and business insights to discover opportunities and implement solutions.

• Background in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within a complex or matrixed organization (preferred).

• Experience in shaping long-term planning, organizational priorities, and operational governance (preferred).

• Advanced degree or equivalent executive-level business experience (preferred).
