This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Spearhead the formulation and implementation of strategic initiatives that bolster company-wide goals and promote long-term growth.

• Define, shape, and communicate the organizational vision and long-term plans.
• Foster accountability for sustained sales performance through coaching, setting clear expectations, and maintaining operational discipline.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance execution and facilitate long-term growth.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Over 5 years of pertinent experience in leading strategic initiatives, operations, or business transformation across various functions.
• Proven experience working with senior leadership to align departmental goals with broader business strategies.
• Demonstrated capability in leading teams across one or more functional areas.
• Proficient in translating company strategy into actionable objectives.
• Experienced in utilizing performance metrics, operational data, and business insights to identify opportunities and implement effective solutions.
• Background in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within a complex or matrixed organization.
• Experienced in shaping long-term planning, organizational priorities, and operational governance.
• Advanced degree or equivalent executive-level business experience.
• Willingness to adapt working hours to accommodate various global time zones as required.
