This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Relationship Managers overseeing DNA core client portfolios.
• Develop portfolio strategies aimed at enhancing client health, satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth across designated DNA core client markets.
• Cultivate executive-level client relationships and act as a strategic advisor on business priorities, transformation projects, service performance, and long-term growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, Solution Consulting, and Client Delivery leaders to ensure alignment between client needs and enterprise solutions, delivery commitments, and business goals.
• Manage intricate contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions for high-value or strategically critical DNA core client relationships.
• Assess portfolio performance, client satisfaction trends, client health indicators, and financial metrics to pinpoint risks, opportunities, and actionable plans.
• Spearhead workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
• Travel frequently, 50% or more.
• 12+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, sales, banking, financial services, or financial technology with a focus on strategic client leadership, revenue growth, and portfolio management.
• 8+ years of experience in managing and developing teams, including performance management, succession planning, talent development, and organizational leadership.
• Proven experience managing executive-level relationships within financial institutions or related sectors and influencing senior decision-makers.
• Experience in leading complex contract negotiations, renewal strategies, and commercial discussions for large or strategically significant client relationships.
• Track record of spearheading cross-functional initiatives involving sales, product management, operations, implementation, and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze business performance, identify market opportunities, and formulate strategic growth plans utilizing portfolio, client health, and financial metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, relevant experience, and/or military experience.
• Experience in leading relationship management organizations within financial services or financial technology.
• Proven experience managing extensive, complex client portfolios with significant revenue responsibilities.
• In-depth knowledge of financial institution operations, digital banking, payments, core processing, and financial technology solutions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other enterprise customer relationship management platforms.
• Frequent travel of 50% or more.
