This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise regional teams to ensure adherence to best practices and procedures.
• Provide management support for implementation on key accounts and guarantee successful service delivery.
• Oversee facilities, personnel, hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, career advancement, and remedial actions.
• Uphold operations policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Examine customer contracts and orders, coordinating their implementation.
• Monitor and assess project costs, submit purchase order requests, coordinate with vendors, and report on project status.
• Develop scopes of work and proposals for customer environmental consulting services.
• Oversee environmental services, monitoring solutions, air, power, fire, and access operations.
• Formulate and execute maintenance activities while reporting on SLA-required tasks.
• Manage facility capacity limits and future capacity forecasts.
• Supervise access management, security concerns, access levels, vendor activities, and equipment exiting facilities.
• Oversee subcontractor agreements and asset-tracking systems.
• Administer operational KPI reporting, daily shift logs, and periodic reports.
• Manage regulatory compliance, business continuity updates, SAS 70 audits, SOX audits, and SOC 2 audits.
• Address customer issues, validate and analyze alerts, conduct postmortems, and communicate during crises.
• Act as the signoff authority for customer transitions from engagements to operations.
• Generate and comply with annual OpEx and CapEx budgets.
• Present capital project budget proposals to the Capital Committee.
• Manage strategic initiatives, establish vision and roadmap, organize teams, and oversee execution.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Ability to direct and manage workgroups.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
• Capability to function under pressure and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to the customer experience.
• Skill in developing and documenting procedures while training personnel.

• Ownership of business performance and proactive thought leadership.
• Strong work ethic, sound judgment, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Over 9 years of experience managing critical facilities, preferably in a data center setting.
• More than 12 years of supervisory or personnel management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline; equivalent work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• U.S. Citizenship may be necessary due to government contract requirements and/or for security clearance purposes.
• Travel is required.
