This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the formulation and implementation of service-line strategies and roadmaps that are in alignment with enterprise objectives and market demands.
• Propel revenue growth, margin enhancement, and cost management within established plans and budgets, in collaboration with the Finance team.
• Convert insights from customers, the market, regulations, and competition into scalable service improvements and innovative offerings.
• Collaborate with Finance on planning, forecasting, pricing analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Define and track key performance indicators linked to financial, operational, customer, and strategic results.
• Assess new capabilities, technologies, and process enhancements; create business cases and recommendations for executive endorsement.
• Oversee service performance and pinpoint opportunities to enhance unit economics, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Work with Operations to ensure that strategies and roadmaps are consistent with field delivery models, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Technology, Data, Sales, and Account Management teams to facilitate enablement, adoption, and market positioning.
• Assist in making decisions regarding the launch, scaling, modification, or discontinuation of services through data analysis and operational readiness evaluations.
• Integrate regulatory, safety, and compliance factors into service and product decision-making processes.
• Foster alignment and drive outcomes through credibility, insights, structured communication, and teamwork.
• Engage with key customers and industry stakeholders to shape strategy and validate assumptions, ensuring executive visibility as necessary.
• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in product management, service-line ownership, or similar roles within utility locating, damage prevention, or regulated field services.
• Prior experience in the telecommunications or construction sector.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proven track record of accountability for financial performance, budget oversight, or business case management.
• Extensive domain knowledge in utility locating or closely related services, including field workflows, compliance, safety standards, customer contracts, and service economics.
• Demonstrated capability to lead complex initiatives and influence outcomes across Operations, Finance, Technology, Sales, and Human Resources teams.
• Strong analytical abilities, strategic thinking, financial insight, and experience in executing roadmaps.
• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 50%).
• 100% remote work opportunity.
