Senior Director, Product Management, Real Estate Data Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Establish the vision and strategy for multifamily data solutions and convert it into a comprehensive roadmap.

• Lead the development of products from inception to market, validate offerings with customers, and scale them into dependable products.

• Be accountable for outcomes such as adoption, revenue, and retention.

• Build, recruit, and nurture a high-performing product management team.

• Manage go-to-market efforts alongside sales, marketing, and customer success, encompassing pricing, packaging, positioning, and product launches.

• Act as the primary customer-facing representative for the offerings.

• Collaborate with the platform team to enhance platform capabilities.

• Work together with engineering, data science, sales, and customers.

• Leverage AI for research, prototyping, analysis, and workflow automation.

• Oversee dependencies, identify risks, commit to timelines, and drive project delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product management.

• More than 4 years of experience in leading and managing product teams.

• Background in multifamily, adjacent real estate, or proptech, with a solid understanding of customers, workflows, and data.

• Proven experience in building and scaling data solutions or data-driven products.

• A history of successful 0-to-1 product launches in dynamic or high-growth settings.

• Hands-on experience with cloud-native data platforms, preferably GCP, including BigQuery and related services.

• Knowledge of zero-copy/no-copy data-sharing architectures.

• Familiarity with agentic AI and standards such as MCP (Model Context Protocol).

• Experience in managing go-to-market strategies and commercial outcomes for technical products.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related discipline.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience influencing executive and customer stakeholders.

• Ability to utilize AI to automate research, expedite analysis, prototype, and enhance personal and team productivity.
