This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for diagnostic genomic solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D and clinical teams to prioritize innovation and differentiate products.
• Oversee the lifecycle management of current products, ensuring they remain effective, relevant, and profitable.
• Discover new market opportunities and assess product enhancements based on market trends and customer feedback.
• Work with marketing, sales, and commercial teams to create impactful go-to-market strategies.
• Direct product positioning, pricing tactics, messaging, and launch readiness initiatives.
• Act as the product thought leader and represent the customer's voice across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with regulatory, legal, and compliance teams to ensure products meet quality and industry standards.
• Keep an eye on the competitive landscape, customer insights, and emerging clinical guidelines to guide product direction.
• Engage with key opinion leaders, clinicians, and partners to gather insights and influence strategy.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers and associates.
• Promote a collaborative, data-driven culture of product innovation and accountability.
• A Bachelor's degree in Genetics, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field is required.
• An advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) is highly preferred.
• At least 12 years of experience in product management.
• A minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position within molecular diagnostics, genomics, or the healthcare sector.
• Proven success in guiding cross-functional product teams from concept to market launch.
• Strong expertise in clinical diagnostics, precision medicine, or laboratory-developed tests (LDTs).
• Established ability to define product vision and drive innovation within a regulated environment (e.g., CLIA, CAP, FDA).
• Proficiency in Product Strategy & Roadmapping.
• Knowledge in Molecular Diagnostics & Genomics.
• Experience in Go-to-Market & Commercial Execution.
• Skills in Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration.
• Familiarity with Agile Development & Lifecycle Management.
• Ability to translate Clinical & Market Insights.
• Understanding of Regulatory & Quality standards (CLIA, CAP, FDA).
• Financial Acumen & P&L Management experience.
• Competence in Team Building & Talent Development.
• Commitment to Data-Driven Decision Making.
• Regularly required to sit, communicate, and utilize standard office technology.
