This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish the enterprise systems vision for the Finance, HR, and Real Estate sectors.
• Ensure that corporate platforms align with the broader needs of the organization.
• Lead the development of the corporate systems roadmap and prioritize functional domains.
• Deliver platforms, tools, and integrations for Accounting & Finance, People Operations, Payroll, Workforce Management, Real Estate, Store Development, and Foundational Technology.
• Head the Corporate Systems team while collaborating with Engineering, Executive Management, and business stakeholders.
• Identify areas for modernization, automation, and simplification.
• Address system gaps, process inefficiencies, and operational challenges.
• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, feature prioritization, and ensure customer and business outcomes.
• Provide executive reporting, enhance metrics, achieve revenue targets, and maximize ROI.
• Oversee multimillion-dollar budgets, forecasting, business cases, vendor selection, and team expansion.
• Direct the development and execution of data and analytics roadmaps.
• Manage data governance and the lifecycle of data management.
• Oversee user stories, prioritize, groom, refine, and deliver the backlog.
• Align business stakeholders, Engineering, Program, and Portfolio teams for timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Participate in standups, planning sessions, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
• Develop hypotheses for A/B testing, prototyping, and research initiatives.
• Manage, select, and oversee third-party vendor partnerships, including business reviews, SLAs, RFPs, contracts, and budgets.
• Drive organizational change and challenge existing norms.
• Promote team services and roadmap while communicating complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders on consumer- and associate-facing Commerce experiences.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and educate requestors on prioritization, ROI, and the roadmap.
• Lead Product Managers, Designers, and Analysts, including setting goals, providing guidance, and mentorship.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• At least 7 years in Product leadership, preferably in product management or digital strategy within large cross-functional retail environments.
• Excellent communication and partnership abilities.
• Capability to influence designers, developers, stakeholders, and executives.
• Experience in data and analytics strategy and execution.
• Proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar capital and professional services budgets.
• Familiarity with vendor selection, contracts, SLAs, RFPs, and budgets.
• Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews.
