This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Define and enhance the organization's enterprise brand reputation, AI-driven media strategy, multi-channel communications framework, and external communications.
• Design and implement a global PR, executive communications, and corporate reputation strategy that aligns with revenue and market positioning objectives.
• Provide guidance to the CMO, C-suite, and board on crisis management, enterprise positioning, media relations, and industry narratives.
• Lead corporate crisis communications and adaptive response protocols utilizing real-time media monitoring and predictive risk management models.
• Manage Analyst Relations initiatives with prominent industry analysts, including KLAS, Frost & Sullivan, and Forrester.
• Select and oversee a premier PR agency, while crafting unique PR strategies.
• Incorporate AI tools and data analytics into journalist outreach, press release enhancement, sentiment analysis, and trend forecasting.
• Direct agency partners, vendors, and internal teams to achieve media placements across digital, broadcast, and print platforms.
• Supervise executive thought leadership initiatives, keynote opportunities, podcast features, and strategic panel participation.
• Foster employee advocacy, social selling, and executive LinkedIn strategies utilizing AI-enhanced content engines.
• Integrate PR efforts with SEO, digital content, evaluation portals, and web properties.
• Develop and implement a corporate social media strategy across LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Create a unified communications strategy, employee engagement programs, and a global culture alongside the internal enterprise communications team.
• Direct global customer reference and success story initiatives.
• Oversee the annual customer HERO awards program.
• Manage the global PR and Communications budget.
• Establish contemporary PR metrics, including attribution modeling, share of voice, domain authority impact, brand sentiment, and full-funnel conversion metrics.
• Supervise six internal employees and collaborate with multiple external agencies.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in PR, corporate communications, and brand reputation management.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related business field.
• Background in high-growth B2B, healthcare, or enterprise technology industries is required.
• Demonstrated success operating at a Director or Senior Director level for global or multi-market organizations.
• Strong understanding of modern PR and Marketing technology stacks, including Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprout Social, ChatGPT/Enterprise AI prompt tools, SEMrush, Google Analytics 4, Cision, and BuzzSumo.
• Expertise in crisis communication, risk management, and rapid-response media operations.
• Experience in architecting data-driven social selling, thought leadership, and employee advocacy frameworks that support commercial growth.
• Executive presence with experience in pitching to, coaching, and representing C-suite leadership.
• Financial acumen with experience managing seven-figure PR budgets and multi-agency partner networks.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.
