Senior Director, Omnichannel Experience Solutions – Pharma Ad Agency Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee and guide the development and implementation of strategic digital products and solutions.

• Ensure that targeted business benefits are achieved as part of EVERSANA's digital growth strategy.

• Collaborate with senior executives to provide updates on initiative progress and performance metrics.

• Work alongside EVERSANA ESS to align organizational capabilities and activate supplementary services.

• Guarantee the impeccable execution of EVERSANA ESS activities.

• Direct the EVERSANA ESS Sales & Marketing strategy in conjunction with commercial marketing efforts.

• Collaborate with agency account and new business teams to enhance awareness and drive sales.

• Assist in preparing pitches and presentations for new business opportunities.

• Lead the Affinity Marketplace SOW addendum workstream and support Affinity data partnerships.

• Manage the Omnichannel Advisory Council and customer interactions, including interviews, synthesizing feedback, and event planning.

• Coordinate with external media vendors and internal media teams.

• Contribute to the product roadmap for the omnichannel engine.

• Support the establishment of standard operating procedures for product implementation and handover.

• Define project methodologies and plans for omnichannel initiatives in collaboration with account, strategy, PMO, implementation, and product teams.

• Oversee work plans, timelines, priorities, and milestones; manage both internal and external resources to ensure successful completion.

• Set strategic direction, lead and develop teams, manage budgets and resources, maintain stakeholder relationships, promote ongoing improvement, ensure compliance, represent the organization at industry events, and spearhead community and sustainability initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.

• Over 18 years of experience in product leadership or management focused on digital products and/or technology-driven solutions.

• More than 10 years of experience in traditional project/program management, including oversight of project managers.

• Experience working with Agile teams and implementing Agile practices within an organization; some projects may adopt a hybrid approach.

• At least 10 years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional, and global project teams.

• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills.

• A collaborative approach to work.

• Strong organizational skills; ability to perform detail-oriented tasks accurately, manage multiple assignments concurrently, maintain confidentiality, and produce timely reports.

• Capability to identify problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

• Proficient in interpreting extensive technical instructions and handling both abstract and concrete variables.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web browsers.
