This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
• Act as the primary liaison for key clients while fostering robust relationships.
• Create client satisfaction processes and monitor feedback for ongoing enhancement.
• Deliver strategic insights and solutions that align with the clients' business goals.
• Work together with cross-functional teams to develop client-specific strategies and processes.
• Ensure adherence to project management standards through ACDC’s PM Framework.
• Annually review, update, and implement the ACDC PM Framework.
• Address and resolve client issues, concerns, and escalations.
• Identify opportunities for optimizing project management processes and enhancing efficiency.
• Promote the adoption and training of project management tools, methodologies, and technologies.
• Train teams on lean methodology, process mapping, and continuous improvement practices.
• Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the project management division.
• Define and execute project management processes utilizing Salesforce.
• Oversee project performance, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality standards.
• Encourage collaboration, accountability, and ongoing improvement.
• Manage resource allocation across company projects within Salesforce.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively.
• Conduct project reviews and status meetings regularly.
• Supervise the development of project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Handle Salesforce reporting for budget tracking, invoice review, and resource allocation as a Salesforce Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Assign project and strategic managers and set up governance structures.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while implementing contingency plans.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, develop, and evaluate members of the project management team.
• Lead SWOT analysis, business planning, strategic initiatives, KPI reporting, and annual trend assessments for the division.
• Assist in the maintenance, training, and exercises related to the Business Continuity Plan.
• Discover and assess business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
• Perform feasibility studies, due diligence, and negotiate agreements.
• Integrate project management practices into proposals and business development offerings.
• Bachelor's degree in a closely related field (direct experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis, in addition to the minimum requirements).
• 8+ years of demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex projects and project teams.
• 5+ years of proven background in strategic planning and management, ideally in a senior leadership capacity.
• Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Strong grasp of project financials, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Outstanding leadership and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for motivating and influencing others.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong business acumen and insight into industry dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to effectively present complex information to varied audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for employer-sponsored visa is required.
