This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build, lead, and expand high-performance teams consisting of network and security engineers, architects, and technical leaders.
• Create structured training, certification, and career advancement programs.
• Guide global hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Drive organizational change and transformations for teams that are underperforming.
• Establish robust coaching, mentorship, and leadership development structures.
• Manage globally distributed teams that support 24x7 managed services and MSSP operations (NOC/SOC alignment).
• Scale service delivery across multi-client, multi-region environments.
• Take ownership of SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Promote automation, standardization, and the maturity of service delivery.
• Oversee enterprise network infrastructure, which includes:
• Physical components such as routers, switches, and cabling.
• Virtual networking layers spanning data center and cloud environments.
• Lead the modernization of cloud networking, which involves:
• Virtual networks, VPCs, hybrid connectivity, and secure segmentation.
• Align services with compliance frameworks including NIST, SOC 2, and HIPAA.
• Act as an executive leader during client engagements and escalations.
• Collaborate with sales and solutions teams to enhance MSSP and networking offerings.
• Proven experience as a senior leader managing large networking and security teams.
• Successful track record in building, scaling, and transforming high-performance teams.
• Experience in leading global delivery operations within MSP/MSSP environments.
• Expertise in core networking fundamentals and advanced security domains.
• Extensive experience in:
• Networking infrastructure, protocols, and architecture.
• SASE, SSE, and ZTNA.
• Identity-first security (IAM, Okta, Azure AD, PAM).
• XDR, MDR, and security operations.
• Cloud security (CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP).
• Compliance frameworks (NIST, SOC2, HIPAA).
• OT, IoT, and edge security.
• DDoS and network protection strategies.
• Strong comprehension of Zero Trust architecture and modern security frameworks.
• Experience in building or scaling managed services portfolios and delivery frameworks.
• Familiarity with automation and monitoring tools (e.g., LogicMonitor, ServiceNow, scripting frameworks).
• Strong financial knowledge related to infrastructure cost models and consumption-based services.
• Previous experience in building or revitalizing high-performance managed services teams.
• Experience implementing and scaling ITIL and LEAN process frameworks.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.
• Solid understanding of ITSM frameworks, operational processes, and managed service delivery models.
• Experience in performance tuning, capacity planning, and large-scale infrastructure optimization.
• Excellent communication skills with executives, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts.
