This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
• Propel business acquisition growth and retention at a market-leading level through national operational scale and marketing activations driven by consumer insights for ICHRA plans.
• Develop integrated, growth-focused multichannel marketing strategies for a five-year horizon.
• Create and implement annual marketing plans aligned with line-of-business and sales teams.
• Guide the marketing team and agency partners in the execution of creative, content, omnichannel media, web, SEO, and direct-mail initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Analytics to enhance DRTV, precision marketing, and data analytics capabilities.
• Optimize BME investment allocation and support ROI-driven decision-making and scenario planning.
• Manage daily partnerships with creative, media, and SEO agency partners.
• Oversee agency scopes of work and budget management.
• Foster a digital-first, customer- and market-oriented marketing team culture.
• Cultivate a learning environment focused on performance, inclusion, health, and community engagement.
• Provide training and coaching to people managers for effective talent recruitment and management.
• Accelerate the growth of diverse talent via sponsored programs and active mentorship.
• Empower teams to operate with speed, agility, and accountability.
• Influence partners to innovate new products based on customer insights and needs.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Compliance, and other business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience in a regulated industry is required.
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in group benefit administration, is strongly preferred.
• Established track record in organizational and talent management.
• Proven experience in successfully leading change initiatives.
• Demonstrated capabilities in talent leadership.
• Successful history of partnering with and influencing key internal and external stakeholders within a complex business landscape.
