This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
• Develop and execute the integrated marketing strategy to meet annual pipeline and revenue objectives by segment and region.
• Take ownership of the marketing pipeline metrics.
• Oversee the Growth lead responsible for paid media, SEO, lifecycle/email, web conversion, ABM, and developer-led acquisition.
• Establish demand strategy for both top-of-funnel and bottom-funnel ABM initiatives.
• Supervise the Product Marketing lead, focusing on positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, pricing/packaging input, product launches, and sales enablement.
• Collaborate with Product and Research leadership to convert frontier AI capabilities into enterprise-oriented messaging.
• Direct the Events & Partnerships lead and advance partner marketing efforts with cloud, SI, and technology collaborators.
• Execute co-marketing initiatives, joint field activities, and cultivate a partner-sourced pipeline.
• Maintain events to a pipeline standard.
• Manage and nurture three established leads and their teams, comprising approximately 20–35 individuals.
• Coordinate operational cadence with the Chief of Staff, including weekly pipeline assessments, monthly internal QBR-style evaluations, and quarterly planning with Finance and RevOps.
• Monitor marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline, conversion rates, velocity, ROI, launch impact, event ROI, partner-sourced pipeline, ABM engagement, and satisfaction with sales enablement.
• 15–20+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
• A minimum of 4–5 years leading cross-functional marketing teams within a high-growth enterprise SaaS, cloud, data, or AI/ML organization.
• Proven history of owning a pipeline metric.
• Experience managing at least two of the following areas: demand generation/growth, product marketing, field/events, and partner marketing.
• Proficiency in Marketo or HubSpot, Salesforce, an ABM platform such as 6sense or Demandbase, and attribution tools.
• Experience in marketing to technical buyers and promoting technical products.
• Strong preference for candidates with AI/ML, data infrastructure, developer tools, or cloud experience.
• Outstanding cross-functional leadership skills with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Finance teams.
• Authorization to work in the country of residence.
