
Senior Director, Finance Technology Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Oversee the strategy for Finance technology, modernization initiatives, business systems owned by Finance, vendor management, data and reporting capabilities, ERP transformation, and the delivery of enterprise programs.
β’ Act as a strategic link between the Finance and IT departments.
β’ Lead product management strategies across shared service areas.
β’ Collaborate with business and technology leaders to structure, prioritize, and manage demand transparently.
β’ Convert stakeholder requirements into product and service directives.
β’ Direct the prioritization and sequencing of project-based and operational tasks.
β’ Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to teams and cross-functional teams.
β’ Keep abreast of technology trends and emerging capabilities.
β’ Propel EPM and ERP modernization projects.
β’ Supervise system administration, configuration management, user access, release coordination, testing support, and operational governance.
β’ Manage relationships with Finance technology vendors and partners.
β’ Support initiatives related to Finance data, reporting, analytics, and data governance.
β’ Define and maintain roadmaps for products, platforms, and services.
β’ Shape, evaluate, and prepare demand prior to formal intake.
β’ Facilitate stakeholder prioritization and reconcile differing viewpoints.
β’ Maintain clear visibility of demand, priorities, and ongoing work.
β’ Establish operational policies and procedures, as well as develop budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
β’ A minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience is necessary.
β’ Experience with business applications, shared services, or enterprise platforms is essential.
β’ Proven experience working across business and IT functions in complex settings.
β’ At least 7+ years of experience in people leadership is required.
β’ Domestic travel of 10β15% is required.
β’ Capability to bring structure and clarity to complex, high-volume demand environments.
β’ Strong facilitation skills to align stakeholders and guide prioritization without direct authority.
β’ Ability to distill complex and conflicting inputs into clear direction and prioritized tasks.
β’ Strong judgment in applying industry best practices and internal standards.
β’ Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, or portfolios among multiple stakeholders.
β’ Excellent relationship management and influencing skills.
β’ Ability to function effectively in evolving environments and varied delivery models.
β’ Outstanding communication skills with the ability to simplify complicated concepts.
