This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Act as a pivotal leader in driving sales execution, revenue growth, operational excellence, performance enhancement, and leadership effectiveness throughout the field organization.
• Provide daily operational management for the Field Performance and Improvement Program.
• Directly manage a team of field performance leaders.
• Lead center selection, monitor performance, plan interventions, and establish graduation criteria.
• Create and implement initiatives aimed at improving sales, operational, financial, and patient experience metrics.
• Collaborate with Regional Business Directors, center leaders, and cross-functional teams to execute targeted improvement strategies.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements to methodology, performance targets, and accountability frameworks.
• Analyze performance data and trends to pinpoint risks, opportunities, and areas needing additional support.
• Develop and implement customized action plans to boost business performance.
• Maintain performance benchmarks, monitoring systems, and success metrics.
• Ensure sustainable performance improvements through coaching, follow-up, and accountability measures.
• Recruit, train, coach, mentor, and develop Regional Business Directors and up-and-coming field leaders.
• Create tools, resources, best practices, leadership training, and performance management programs.
• Assist in the implementation and daily execution of new performance strategies.
• Establish processes and utilize change management strategies to facilitate initiative adoption and execution.
• Monitor performance, identify obstacles, coordinate cross-functional solutions, and provide data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field (e.g., Organizational Leadership, Health Sciences).
• Over 8 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site operations, field leadership, business performance, or operational excellence roles.
• At least 5 years of experience in leading performance improvement initiatives across multiple locations or regions.
• Proven track record of driving operational and financial results through coaching and leadership development.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive influence abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 50-75%, as necessary).
• Experience in healthcare, dental, medical services, or other multi-unit service organizations.
• Background in developing leadership training programs and succession planning initiatives.
• Familiarity with performance management systems, operational metrics, and business analytics.
• Effectively utilizes AI agents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
