Senior Director – Field Performance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Supervise a team of field performance leaders directly.

• Provide daily leadership and management for network performance enhancement programs, including center selection, performance evaluation, intervention planning, and graduation criteria.

• Assist in the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing sales, operational, financial, and patient experience metrics.

• Collaborate with Regional Business Directors, center leaders, and cross-functional teams to apply targeted improvement strategies.

• Evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements to methodologies, performance objectives, and accountability frameworks.

• Review performance data and trends to pinpoint risks, opportunities, and areas needing further assistance.

• Develop and implement customized action plans to boost business performance.

• Maintain performance benchmarks, monitoring systems, and success metrics.

• Ensure lasting performance improvements through coaching, follow-ups, and accountability measures.

• Onboard, train, coach, and mentor Regional Business Directors and up-and-coming field leaders.

• Create leadership programs, tools, resources, and best practices to enhance consistency across regions.

• Assist with the implementation and daily execution of new performance strategies.

• Establish processes and apply change management strategies to promote initiative adoption and execution.

• Monitor performance, identify obstacles, and coordinate cross-functional solutions.

• Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to offer recommendations for strategic decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a closely related field (e.g., Organizational Leadership, Health Sciences).

• Over 8 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site operations, field leadership, business performance, or operational excellence roles.

• More than 5 years of experience in directing performance improvement initiatives across various locations or regions.

• Proven track record of achieving operational and financial outcomes through coaching and leadership development.

• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive influence capabilities.

• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 50-75%, as required).

• Experience in effectively utilizing AI agents.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
