
Senior Director β Field Performance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Act as a pivotal leader in driving sales execution, fostering revenue growth, operational excellence, enhancing performance, and improving leadership effectiveness throughout the field organization.
β’ Provide ongoing operational management and oversight for the Field Performance and Improvement Program.
β’ Directly manage a team of field performance leaders.
β’ Lead the selection of centers, monitor performance, develop intervention plans, and establish graduation criteria for network performance improvement initiatives.
β’ Support efforts aimed at enhancing sales, operational, financial, and patient experience metrics.
β’ Collaborate with Regional Business Directors, center leaders, and cross-functional teams to execute focused improvement strategies.
β’ Evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements to methodologies, performance targets, and accountability frameworks.
β’ Analyze performance data and trends to pinpoint risks, opportunities, and areas needing further support.
β’ Develop and implement customized action plans to boost business performance.
β’ Maintain performance benchmarks, monitoring systems, and success metrics.
β’ Ensure enduring performance enhancements through coaching, follow-ups, and accountability measures.
β’ Onboard, train, coach, and mentor Regional Business Directors and emerging field leaders.
β’ Create leadership programs, tools, resources, and best practices to enhance operational excellence, business acumen, performance management, coaching effectiveness, and consistent leadership.
β’ Aid in the implementation and daily execution of new performance strategies.
β’ Establish processes and apply change management strategies to promote initiative adoption and execution.
β’ Observe performance, identify obstacles, coordinate cross-functional solutions, and provide data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a closely related field (e.g., Organizational Leadership, Health Sciences).
β’ Over 8 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site operations, field leadership, business performance, or operational excellence roles.
β’ More than 5 years of experience leading performance improvement initiatives across various locations or regions.
β’ Proven track record of achieving operational and financial results through coaching and leadership development.
β’ Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive influence skills.
β’ Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
β’ Willingness and capability to travel extensively (up to 50-75%, as required).
β’ Preferred: Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or a related field).
β’ Preferred: Experience in healthcare, dental, medical services, or other multi-unit service organizations.
β’ Preferred: Experience in developing leadership training programs and succession planning initiatives.
β’ Preferred: Knowledge of performance management systems, operational metrics, and business analytics.
β’ Effectively utilizes AI agents.
