Senior Director, Enterprise Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive leadership for intricate, multi-year enterprise transformations that encompass various programs, functions, platforms, and executive stakeholders.

• Develop a unified perspective on the transformation's scope, sequencing, dependencies, risks, investments, decisions, resources, and outcomes.

• Identify and resolve systemic execution challenges and organizational obstacles.

• Lead executive steering committees and governance forums with C-suite and senior executive leaders.

• Craft decision-focused agendas and executive narratives that emphasize business outcomes, transformation health, risks, dependencies, trade-offs, investments, and necessary decisions.

• Distill complex information into succinct, fact-based executive insights, recommendations, and actionable items.

• Facilitate alignment and decision-making among senior leaders with competing priorities.

• Convert executive decisions into clear actions, responsibilities, and execution expectations.

• Provide matrixed transformation leadership to Program Managers and delivery leaders.

• Create integrated critical paths, cross-program milestones, dependencies, and execution expectations.

• Ensure that individual program plans collectively advance enterprise transformation goals and executive commitments.

• Identify and address cross-program conflicts related to priorities, sequencing, ownership, dependencies, capacity, and assumptions.

• Define roles, responsibilities, decision rights, governance structures, escalation processes, and collaborative workflows.

• Develop integrated mechanisms for planning, dependency management, risk management, decision management, performance tracking, and executive reporting.

• Design governance and meeting frameworks that facilitate timely decisions and expedite execution.

• Establish transformation-level outcomes, KPIs, success metrics, and performance mechanisms in alignment with enterprise objectives.

• Collaborate with Finance and business leaders to link transformation priorities with investment decisions, anticipated benefits, financial drivers, and value realization.

• Evaluate transformation performance and suggest adjustments to priorities, sequencing, investment, or execution strategies.

• Keep leadership discussions centered on quantifiable business, client, operational, and financial outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Over 15 years of progressive experience in enterprise transformation, business or technology transformation, strategy execution, portfolio leadership, or similar leadership roles.

• Strong business and financial acumen, including experience in linking transformation priorities to investment decisions, business value, and performance outcomes.

• Outstanding executive communication, facilitation, structured problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Must possess work authorization in the employing country that does not currently or will not in the future require visa sponsorship.

• Successful completion of a background check, as applicable to the position.

• Video participation is required for virtual interviews.

• A Master's degree, MBA, or another relevant advanced degree is preferred.

• Experience in leading business and technology transformations that involve digital experience, technology modernization, data platforms, operating model redesign, or client experience is preferred.

• Experience working across Product, Technology, Operations, Data, Finance, Commercial, Client Delivery, and other enterprise functions is preferred.

• Experience leading transformations in geographically distributed or global organizations is preferred.
