This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a portfolio of Benepass's most valuable consulting and brokerage relationships.
• Collaborate with the Head of Strategic Alliances to develop and implement strategic account plans.
• Establish connections with executive stakeholders, innovation leaders, practice leaders, and regional management.
• Identify and nurture new strategic partnerships.
• Formulate strategies to boost consultant-generated pipelines and enterprise revenue.
• Work alongside Sales and Sales Leadership on consultant-influenced opportunities and enterprise initiatives.
• Facilitate executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
• Negotiate preferred vendor agreements and explore strategic partnership opportunities.
• Team up with Marketing on campaigns, events, webinars, thought leadership, and field enablement efforts.
• Create educational strategies for consulting partners.
• Represent Benepass at industry conferences, executive meetings, and partner events.
• Broaden Benepass's influence within consultant organizations and regional offices.
• Share market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback within the organization.
• Collaborate with Product on emerging market needs and consultant feedback.
• Work with Customer Success on customers managed by consultants.
• Engage cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
• Oversee partnership performance against pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Develop quarterly business plans and success metrics.
• Present partnership performance, market trends, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• 8-10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, consultant relations, business development, and/or enterprise sales.
• Proven track record of building executive-level relationships that lead to measurable business growth.
• Comprehensive understanding of the employee benefits ecosystem, including consultants, brokers, carriers, or HR technology.
• Experience in developing and executing strategic partnership plans with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen with a history of influencing pipeline and revenue.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Capability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Highly self-driven and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.
• Established relationships with leaders at firms such as Mercer, Aon, WTW, Gallagher, Lockton, or similar organizations.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS, fintech, HR technology, or employee benefits company.
• Background in a national consulting or brokerage firm.
• Knowledge of employee benefits, lifestyle spending accounts, pre-tax benefits, or health benefits administration.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Google Workspace, and modern sales technologies.
• Must reside in the U.S.
• Must indicate whether employment visa sponsorship is necessary to work legally in the United States.
