This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
β’ Lead the technical production operations for Delta-Vβs lifecycle marketing in faith-based nonprofit sectors.
β’ Oversee developers and manage contract overflow resources, including balancing workloads, prioritizing tasks, and fostering professional growth.
β’ Act as the escalation point for technical inquiries, blocked tasks, and undocumented decision-making.
β’ Convert requirements into actionable items for developers and convey technical findings to account teams and clients.
β’ Manage the build queue for emails, SMS, donor journeys, landing pages, forms, integrations, and tracking setups.
β’ Balance ongoing production tasks, project work, and seasonal fundraising spikes.
β’ Ensure all requirements, assets, and platform access are prepared before the commencement of development.
β’ Keep precise records of tickets for visibility on capacity and status.
β’ Develop and maintain quality assurance checklists, requirements templates, intake standards, and testing protocols.
β’ Identify recurring failure points and standardize documented checks and build procedures.
β’ Handle platform provisioning, credential management, two-factor authentication, user roles, secure handoffs, DNS, and subdomains.
β’ Maintain documentation for client platforms.
β’ Supervise technical onboarding, platform assessments, access setups, tracking verifications, and initial sends.
β’ Lead migrations of CRM systems, donation platforms, and websites, ensuring validation post-migration.
β’ Coordinate the efforts of developers, contractors, and client-side technical representatives.
β’ Collaborate with strategy, creative, and account teams to define project scopes and identify risks.
β’ Facilitate cross-functional training sessions on platform and technical briefings.
β’ Represent technical delivery during planning, capacity, and process decision-making.
β’ Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing technology, email production, or digital marketing operations.
β’ At least 2 years of experience managing developers or technical production teams.
β’ Proficient in HTML, scripting, and contemporary development workflows.
β’ Fundamental understanding of technical concepts and terminology relevant to developers.
β’ Proven experience in establishing processes such as checklists, intake forms, or quality assurance standards.
β’ Ability to make judgment calls in ambiguous situations.
β’ Maintain a collaborative and composed demeanor under tight deadlines.
β’ Strong written communication skills for documenting requirements and coordinating across teams.
β’ Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or nonprofit CRMs is highly desirable.
β’ Previous agency experience managing multiple concurrent client contexts is strongly preferred.
β’ A background in HTML email and web development is highly favorable.
β’ Familiarity with tracking and conversion quality assurance in tag managers and analytics platforms is preferred.
β’ Experience in nonprofit fundraising, donation platforms, or direct response marketing is advantageous.
β’ Experience integrating AI-assisted development tools into production workflows is a plus.
β’ Familiarity with credential and access management at a portfolio level is beneficial.
