This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop and spearhead a new enterprise sales initiative for Dandy’s dental lab solution.
• Take ownership of the go-to-market strategy for the enterprise sales sector.
• Secure business and cultivate lasting relationships with large dental practices, DSOs, DPOs, and enterprise clients.
• Lead relationship building and sales efforts from the top-down.
• Manage and motivate Enterprise Account Executives, Managers, and BDRs.
• Collaborate with Customer Onboarding, Training, Account Management, Marketing, Product, RevOps, Data, and Technology teams.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of enterprise dental groups and illustrate how Dandy can enhance operational efficiency, patient care, and revenue growth.
• Identify and engage enterprise groups to stimulate interest and create a sales pipeline.
• Develop and enhance the enterprise sales playbook, covering top-down selling, multi-location contracting, and deal negotiations.
• Create strategic account growth plans while fostering relationships with C-suite executives, regional managers, and practice operators.
• Lead enterprise deal negotiations to secure valuable partnerships.
• Work with Post Sales teams to guarantee seamless onboarding, effective training, and successful transitions.
• Report directly to the Head of Global DSO.
• Over 10 years of sales experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in enterprise sales.
• Proven consultative selling approach.
• Experience navigating various organizational layers, including C-suite, regional managers, and individual practice owners.
• 1 to 2 years of prior management experience.
• Knowledge of macro business fundamentals along with the constraints, challenges, and rewards of operating small businesses.
• Ability to discuss ROI with COOs and staffing challenges with dental practice clinicians.
• Willingness to travel across the US; frequent travel for prospect meetings is anticipated.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Exceptional written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in the dental industry is advantageous.
