Senior Director, Enterprise Operations

📋 Description

• Define the multi-year enterprise transformation strategy for Lyra, emphasizing high-impact initiatives that enhance delivery speed and optimize internal operations.

• Spearhead the enterprise transformation roadmap at Lyra, guiding cross-functional projects from initial concept to measurable operational success.

• Set transformation KPIs, such as productivity improvement, reduction in cost-to-serve, and throughput velocity, while monitoring realized ROI against financial benchmarks.

• Proactively identify critical obstacles to success and necessary investments to expedite impact.

• Lead a diverse team of strategic operators committed to driving operational transformation projects.

• Collaborate closely with specialized technical teams to implement technical initiatives effectively.

• Foster a high-performance work culture focused on continuous operational excellence and fluency in AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of comprehensive business experience.

• More than 8 years of experience in leading large-scale operational or digital transformations within growth-stage or enterprise technology firms.

• Proven ability to identify significant barriers to organizational effectiveness, explore potential solutions, build consensus on approaches, and execute them.

• Established history of implementing enterprise AI solutions, automation workflows, and/or advanced analytics to enhance operational efficiency.

• Extensive expertise in financial modeling, business case development, and monitoring post-implementation ROI in collaboration with Finance.

• Demonstrated success in guiding cross-functional teams through intricate organizational and workflow transitions.

• Strategic executor who excels in fast-paced, high-growth, and uncertain environments.

• Strong communication skills across various organizational levels.
