Senior Director – Digital Consulting, Oracle Engineering & Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio consisting of clients and projects.

• Lead intricate technology implementations and extensive Oracle ERP/PPM/Primavera transformation initiatives.

• Propel business development by acting as an industry and solution authority.

• Direct large-scale Engineering & Construction opportunities and the comprehensive Oracle transformation deal strategy.

• Create and expand Oracle offerings tailored for the Engineering & Construction sector.

• Collaborate with Oracle on co-selling efforts within the Engineering & Construction domain.

• Act as a subject matter expert regarding processes in the Engineering & Construction industry.

• Build and mentor a dedicated delivery team specialized in Engineering & Construction.

• Support industry accelerators and establish repeatable delivery models.

• Lead thought leadership and enhance market presence via webinars, industry events, and collaboration with Oracle.

• Manage executive-level relationships with clients across Finance, PMO, and Operations.

• Define and oversee program scope, budget, and delivery roadmap.

• Ensure delivery of high-quality results aligned with industry best practices and Oracle capabilities.

• Manage financial aspects of engagements, including forecasting, margins, and utilization rates.

• Drive governance, risk mitigation, and excellence in program execution.

• Travel required: 50–75%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of the Engineering & Construction industry.

• Significant experience with Oracle ERP Cloud (Projects, Financials).

• Strong background in Oracle PPM.

• Familiarity with Primavera Cloud / Unifier.

• Proven capability to lead complex, multi-million-dollar transformation initiatives.

• Robust experience in business development and pursuing large deals.

• Over 10 years of consulting and/or industry experience.

• More than 7 years of experience within the Engineering & Construction sector.

• Demonstrated expertise in leading Oracle ERP/PPM/Primavera implementations.

• Proven history of business development and generating annual revenue exceeding $2M.

• Experience collaborating with Oracle alliances and utilizing co-sell models.

• Strong skills in solution architecture, proposal development, and delivering executive presentations.

• Ability to manage several large-scale engagements simultaneously.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, construction management, or a related field.

• Preferred experience with Primavera Cloud, Unifier, and Oracle Joint Venture Management.

• Background in capital projects, EPC firms, or infrastructure development is advantageous.

• Experience in creating industry-specific accelerators or delivery frameworks.

• Relevant Oracle certifications are preferred.
