AI Agent Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement AI agents to effectively support and automate data processing and transformation workflows.

• Create, integrate, and continually enhance AI agents utilizing Microsoft Copilot and GitHub Copilot.

• Develop and execute agent-based automation solutions for data pipelines.

• Integrate various data sources, databases, and data warehouse platforms.

• Craft AI-driven solutions for ETL, data integration, and data transformation processes.

• Connect AI agents to current applications, APIs, and data platforms.

• Analyze business requirements and convert them into production-ready AI solutions.

• Ensure the quality, performance, and maintainability of the solutions developed.

• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Developers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.

• Utilize modern development, testing, and deployment practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar IT qualification.

• A minimum of two to three years of hands-on experience in developing AI agents or AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot and/or GitHub Copilot.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing Copilot-based agent systems.

• Practical expertise in data engineering and the development of data pipelines.

• Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and data transformations.

• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and contemporary data warehouse solutions, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.

• Understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data quality.

• Experience with modern development tools, version control, and CI/CD practices.

• Proficient in German and fluent in English.

• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset towards work.

• Capability to independently tackle complex technical challenges.

• Effective communication skills and a readiness to take ownership of solutions.
