This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Convert business opportunities, customer requirements, and operational challenges into reusable data products, integrated data solutions, and enhanced business processes.
• Oversee the functional execution of the data strategy.
• Collaborate with business customers, Digital Product, Analytics, AI, Data Operations, and Technology teams.
• Act as the primary point of engagement for business customers.
• Lead discovery and consultation efforts to outline functional requirements, business rules, acceptance criteria, and value metrics.
• Manage a team of Data Analysts tasked with requirements development, data discovery, profiling, analysis, solution creation, and validation.
• Evaluate source data quality, completeness, usability, and suitability for intended purposes.
• Define business semantics, transformation logic, data relationships, and readiness criteria.
• Collaborate with Data Operations and Data Engineering throughout the design and delivery of solutions.
• Lead functional testing and validation of datasets, data products, and integrated solutions for business acceptance.
• Coordinate customer feedback, adoption, and transition efforts.
• Analyze and redesign processes utilizing data, workflow automation, AI, and process simplification.
• Establish reusable standards for workflow automation, controls, monitoring, and operational handoff.
• Provide data and analytical solutions directly when extensive engineering is not required.
• Support rapid prototyping and enterprise-level operationalization pathways.
• Facilitate customer adoption of data products, integrated solutions, and automated workflows.
• Devise a strategy to automate the processes of requirements discovery, data profiling, documentation, testing, and traceability.
• Employ AI, metadata, workflow, and reusable analytical patterns to enhance analyst capacity, consistency, and speed.
• Extensive leadership experience in data analysis, data products, business process automation, analytics consulting, or enterprise solution delivery.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams of Data Analysts, Product Analysts, Business Process Analysts, or Automation Specialists.
• Capability to translate business needs and operational processes into functional requirements, data specifications, and scalable solutions.
• Experience with data discovery, profiling, quality assessment, testing, business acceptance, and solution adoption.
• Background in business process analysis, process redesign, workflow automation, and measurable operational improvement.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, integration patterns, analytics, AI, metadata, and automation technologies.
• Strong skills in customer engagement, communication, influencing, and change leadership.
• Experience in complex, regulated enterprises is preferred.
• Reliable home internet connection through a cable broadband or fiber optic provider with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload if working from home.
