Senior Director, Creditors Rights Service – Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of remote discovery, scoping, and implementation for all new and expanded Creditors Rights accounts.

• Act as the subject matter expert for the delivery of Creditors Rights services.

• Design, document, and continuously enhance the workflow from discovery through scoping, implementation, and filing.

• Investigate new suit and affidavit filing requirements while keeping track of jurisdictional and procedural changes.

• Develop workflows, tools, documentation, and a training infrastructure.

• Establish quality control, service level agreements (SLAs), and productivity benchmarks.

• Collaborate with Sales on new business handoffs.

• Manage relationships with third-party vendors for filing, including performance, quality, and escalation management.

• Directly handle caseload and client escalations as necessary.

• Provide reports on delivery performance, bottlenecks, and scaling readiness to senior leadership.

• Work in collaboration with Litigation Support, Server Network, Service Delivery, and Product/Tech teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive subject matter knowledge in Creditors Rights practices and procedures (discovery, scoping, filing requirements, jurisdictional nuances).

• Demonstrated experience in building operational processes from the ground up, with comfort in working without a fully developed playbook.

• Proven track record of leading and scaling delivery teams within a legal services, legal tech, or similar operational context.

• Experience in managing relationships with third-party vendors related to filing or similar operational delivery.

• Ability to operate effectively within a matrixed structure, including managing a dotted-line technical resource in partnership with Product/Tech.

• Strong project and process design capabilities, able to architect a scalable model and personally execute against it.

• High tolerance for ambiguity with a proactive approach to action.

• Experience collaborating closely with Sales on new business implementation.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States, as evidenced by the company's participation in E-Verify.
