This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Define and spearhead the global asset strategy for the Vonjo portfolio at Sobi.
• Create and manage the Integrated Project Plan, encompassing resource allocation and budgeting.
• Drive lifecycle management initiatives to enhance portfolio performance.
• Oversee the strategic development of the VEXAS indication from initial planning through regulatory submission and market launch.
• Ensure preparedness for global regulatory submissions and approvals.
• Align clinical, medical, and real-world evidence generation strategies with the asset strategy.
• Evaluate ex-U.S. markets and formulate plans for geographic expansion.
• Establish and nurture relationships with selected top-tier Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Lead and develop the Core Asset Team across various functions including R&D, Medical Affairs, TechOps, Commercial, and Project Management.
• Synchronize global strategy with regional and functional implementation.
• Coordinate the efforts of CAT members and functional asset teams.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional groups.
• Develop investment cases and manage budgets within established parameters.
• Represent the asset during ExCom Portfolio Reviews and essential decision-making forums.
• Lead scenario planning and risk mitigation for strategic, regulatory, and commercial challenges.
• Maintain a comprehensive source of truth for asset data and performance metrics.
• Partner with U.S. and regional teams to ensure launch readiness and excellence.
• Work with Insights & Analytics on strategy and pre-launch preparations.
• Convert market insights into actionable differentiation and growth strategies.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, and scientific excellence.
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline; a scientific background is highly preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in global biopharmaceutical leadership, particularly in hematology and/or rheumatology.
• Demonstrated success in lifecycle management, global asset strategy, and leadership in launches.
• Strong skills in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Capable of strategic thinking, disciplined execution, and sound business judgment.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills at senior levels.
• Cultural adaptability and experience in the U.S., Europe, Middle East, LATAM, and other international business settings.
• Proficient in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
