This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all teams involved in Capacity Planning, Workforce Operations & Analytics as the department evolves into a premier, human-centered, and AI-enhanced function.
• Take responsibility for the department's comprehensive strategy, execution, operational vision, and a 1–3 year roadmap.
• Develop and manage operating rhythms, forecasting schedules, intraday management, business reviews, data marts, and dashboards.
• Establish scalable guidelines for shrinkage, occupancy, and staffing distribution linked to revenue costs and gross margin results.
• Direct capacity planning and staffing models across various care teams and establish state-specific planning capabilities for Physical Therapy.
• Supervise third-party licensing and credentialing system administration, integrating credential status into capacity and staffing choices.
• Spearhead analytics for care teams and the AI transformation initiative, covering predictive demand and supply models, gross margin impact analysis, and AI/ML integration.
• Counsel senior leadership and influence long-term planning, new care models, and enterprise transformation projects.
• Drive cross-functional continuous improvement, AI-driven automation, value stream mapping, risk mitigation, and cost efficiency projects.
• Around 15+ years of relevant and progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, care delivery, workforce management, or analytics, with a bachelor's degree (or approximately 12+ years with a master’s, 10+ years with a PhD), including substantial leadership at the Director or equivalent level.
• Extensive experience in capacity planning, workforce staffing operations, and care team analytics, showcasing proven case studies of measurable enhancements in revenue costs, gross margin, and cost-to-serve through staffing efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in leading AI-enabled or highly automated operations or analytics functions within healthcare, digital health, or similarly regulated sectors.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including analysis of revenue costs, capacity modeling, credential-related risk evaluation, and ROI assessment on operational and technology investments.
• Proven ability to influence at various organizational levels, align different perspectives, and lead significant organizational change in cross-functional settings.
