Senior Director, Business System Strategy – Transformation

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a multi-year Source-to-Pay technology strategy that aligns with corporate goals.

• Lead comprehensive supply chain transformation initiatives across S2P and O2C, from conception to execution.

• Conduct technology strategy evaluations, redesign operating models, develop architecture, and create business cases.

• Create and deploy AI-driven tools, predictive analytics, and digital experiences tailored for S2P processes.

• Manage enterprise application modernization, business process redesign, requirements gathering, solution selection, implementation, testing, and value realization.

• Establish a digitally enabled, data-centric supply chain operating model.

• Act as a thought leader in performance enhancement and integrate technology and analytics into operational workflows.

• Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams to align system priorities, enhance capabilities, and manage change effectively.

• Formulate and implement a self-sufficient procurement strategy.

• Create standardized enterprise-wide data capabilities and scalable business intelligence frameworks.

• Perform audits and analyses to enhance data integrity, system efficiency, and accuracy of reporting.

• Oversee system access and data quality through governance and system controls.

• Evaluate industry trends and emerging technologies to guide the supply chain roadmap.

• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for process modifications and develop the supply chain innovation roadmap.

• Promote the adoption of new technologies and workflows through effective organizational change management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically 10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related fields, emphasizing technology enablement or process transformation.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Experience in change management, project management, and leading strategic initiatives within a matrixed environment.

• Knowledge of supply chain technologies, including ERP systems like Deltek, SAP, and Oracle; procurement platforms; data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau; RPA; AI; and machine learning.

• Demonstrated experience in S2P and O2C value streams, digital transformation efforts, and technology implementations.

• Expertise in people management and technical domains.

• Certification in supply chain management, procurement, or analytics, such as CSCMP, APICS, or CPSM.

• US Citizenship is a prerequisite.
