This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Take ownership of the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for Velotic's enterprise application portfolio, primarily focused on Oracle NetSuite (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM).
β’ Lead the selection, implementation, and stabilization of tools for FP&A, tax, CLM/e-signature, compensation and commission, and professional services platforms.
β’ Oversee the evaluation, implementation, and stabilization of applications necessary for exiting TSA dependencies.
β’ Manage and optimize Boomi, serving as Velotic's integration layer.
β’ Collaborate with Finance, Sales, HR, and Operations stakeholders to convert business needs into scalable technology solutions.
β’ Lead and nurture a high-performing team comprised of application managers, business systems analysts, and integration engineers.
β’ Establish and enforce application governance frameworks, which include change management, vendor management, and system integration standards.
β’ Supervise system implementations, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within scope, and budget.
β’ Set and track KPIs related to application performance, uptime, and user adoption.
β’ Assess emerging technologies and suggest investments aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and business agility.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
β’ Over 8 years of progressive IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position managing enterprise applications.
β’ Required hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP across various functional areas (financials, billing, procurement, revenue recognition).
β’ Strongly preferred experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Revenue Cloud).
β’ Familiarity with HRIS platforms (preferably Workday), compensation and commission tools, FP&A platforms, and CLM or e-signature solutions.
β’ Proven experience in navigating TSA exits, carve-outs, spin-offs, or post-acquisition application integrations.
β’ A successful track record in leading complex, cross-functional system implementations and integrations, including integration middleware platforms (experience with Boomi is a plus).
β’ Strong business acumen with the capability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Preferred experience in manufacturing logistics, managing vendor relationships, evaluating tools, and negotiating SaaS contracts.
