This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate the implementation of long-term AI strategy plans for the Business Line.
• Collaborate with four business lines to remove execution barriers and guarantee access to essential support and resources.
• Establish a routine for AI delivery through consistent reviews, progress tracking, and feedback mechanisms.
• Lead the creation of standards, tools, shared platforms, and governance structures for AI delivery.
• Balance swift delivery with high-quality and dependable output through well-defined working methods.
• Integrate Responsible AI and security practices into workflows from the beginning.
• Manage the AI portfolio to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities while concentrating on high-return initiatives.
• Guide the transition to a sustainable, business-driven AI delivery model for 2030.
• Spearhead workforce upskilling and AI adoption initiatives in collaboration with ELEC HR, GE Vernova Corporate Learning, the ELEC CTO office, and Business Line AI teams.
• Design and modify training programs that address the missions and practical needs of ELEC teams.
• Foster targeted AI literacy and specialized expertise throughout the workforce.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong and validated leadership experience in operations, program management, or technical strategy, preferably within a large, global matrix organization.
• Comprehensive understanding of the AI/ML landscape and the lifecycle of AI solutions, from data preparation to production and monitoring.
• Proven success in leading large-scale organizational transformations and maintaining engagement across diverse teams.
• Exceptional ability to build, manage, and enhance business operating cadence, monitor metrics, manage budgets, and sustain project momentum.
• Demonstrated expertise in bridging technical teams with business stakeholders and converting technical requirements into business value.
• Strong history of collaborating with HR and Learning & Development functions to design curriculum or enablement programs.
• Ability to drive behavioral change through upskilling and enablement initiatives.
• Capacity to achieve alignment across various business lines without direct line authority.
• Pragmatic approach to compliance and ethics, with the ability to incorporate guardrails into development processes.
