Senior Digitalization and Business Solutions Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Influence the digital transformation of the Service and Aftersales sector.

• Assess current Service and Aftersales procedures to pinpoint areas for enhancement and automation.

• Convert traditional paper-based or manual processes into cutting-edge digital workflows.

• Create a future-oriented systems and process framework for the Service and Aftersales departments.

• Enhance ERP-supported business operations utilizing contemporary digital tools and methodologies.

• Align specifications with business units and translate them into technical solutions.

• Analyze, choose, and deploy appropriate software solutions in partnership with internal stakeholders.

• Supervise external service providers and implementation partners.

• Play a role in a long-term digitalization and systems roadmap.

• Discover and assess new technologies, automation prospects, and AI applications.

• Assist throughout the entire process—from gathering requirements to selecting systems and service providers, culminating in day-to-day operational implementation.


⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Several years of experience in digitalization, business applications, process management, or IT project management.

• Familiarity with machine learning, cloud technologies, databases (SQL), or programming languages (e.g., Java, Python).

• Experience with ERP systems and the integration of various enterprise applications.

• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities.

• Proven experience collaborating with external service providers and software vendors.

• Proficient in German and possess good English language skills.

• Preferred: Experience in process modeling and business process management.

• Preferred: Knowledge of automation, workflow management, or AI-enhanced business processes.

• Preferred: Basic understanding of modern IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.
