This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of the complete email and CRM strategy for B2B clients, which encompasses lifecycle mapping, segmentation, lead nurturing programs, and customer journey design.
• Convert business goals into comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies that enhance demand generation, accelerate the pipeline, improve retention, and facilitate account growth.
• Create audience-focused journeys utilizing first-party data, along with behavioral and firmographic segmentation, lead scoring, and AI-driven personalization.
• Develop lifecycle roadmaps and strategic recommendations based on performance insights and business objectives.
• Ensure alignment of email and CRM interactions with paid media, social, content, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Present lifecycle strategies, recommendations, and performance evaluations to stakeholders.
• Oversee the strategy, governance, platform administration, and best practices for CRM and marketing automation.
• Construct and refine automated nurture programs, triggered campaigns, behavioral workflows, and customer journeys.
• Manage segmentation, lead scoring, data enrichment, audience targeting, data quality, governance, platform hygiene, and compliance.
• Discover AI-driven opportunities for personalization, predictive segmentation, automation, and campaign enhancement.
• Administer and enhance content marketing and workflow platforms; set up workflows, templates, automations, and permissions.
• Optimize processes for content planning, production, review, approval, and publishing.
• Provide platform support including troubleshooting, user enablement, and training.
• Oversee integrations among content platforms, DAM, CMS, analytics, and marketing technology systems.
• Lead the execution of end-to-end email campaigns, covering briefing, segmentation, creative direction, building, QA, deployment, and analysis.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing while monitoring deliverability, sender reputation, list hygiene, compliance, and overall campaign health.
• Steer reporting and performance analysis across email, CRM, lifecycle marketing, and content operations.
• Monitor engagement, conversions, pipeline influence, retention, revenue impact, and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with analytics and data teams on tracking, attribution, measurement frameworks, and dashboards.
• Transform performance data into actionable recommendations and business insights.
• Serve as the senior contact for clients regarding email, CRM, and marketing operations.
• Provide strategic guidance, planning for campaigns, lifecycle strategies, workflow documentation, operational processes, and performance reports.
• Work alongside media, strategy, content, experience, creative, and analytics teams.
• Report directly to the VP of Media and collaborate with the Senior Performance Media Manager, Marketing Operations, Strategy, Data & Analytics, Creative & Content teams, and client stakeholders.
• 6-8+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM strategy, marketing operations, or digital marketing, ideally within a B2B context or agency environment.
• Strong practical knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Eloqua, or similar tools.
• Proven experience in developing and managing lifecycle marketing programs, customer journeys, segmentation frameworks, and lead nurturing initiatives.
• Familiarity with administering content marketing, workflow management, or project management platforms like Optimizely, Monday.com, Workfront, or equivalents.
• Comprehensive understanding of marketing operations, content production workflows, stakeholder management, and process optimization.
• Experience with the integration of CRM, marketing automation, DAM, CMS, analytics, and sales systems.
• Working knowledge of email deliverability, compliance requirements, and best practices in customer data management.
• Experience collaborating with analytics and data teams on reporting, attribution, and performance measurement.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work autonomously while also contributing to a highly collaborative team culture.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and consulting practices.
• For candidates based in Québec, fluency in English is essential.
