This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Digital Channels team and the overall objectives of the Growth team.
• Leverage Sitecore CMS to manage, update, and sustain content across G.E.H.A.’s websites.
• Create and execute email campaigns utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Publish social media content via Sprout Social or directly on various platforms.
• Conduct quality assurance for website content.
• Monitor objectives on company websites and social media platforms.
• Evaluate website performance metrics, user behavior, and conversion rates.
• Assess social media traffic, engagement, sentiment, and competitive standing.
• Review email performance, list efficacy, on-site actions, and other conversion metrics.
• Aid in the preparation of regular reports and presentations regarding website, social, and email performance.
• Convert complex performance data into straightforward, actionable insights.
• Carry out competitive analysis and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Guarantee the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of performance data through effective tagging, tracking, and data governance.
• Provide support to cross-functional project stakeholders and Growth leadership.
• Develop and implement webinar materials for customer engagement, clinical, and sales operations.
• Engage in marketing strategy and new marketing communication initiatives.
• Uphold brand, UX, and CX standards across G.E.H.A. and its subsidiary brands.
• Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business analytics, or a related area.
• 3-5 years of experience in managing digital channels, ideally within a digital marketing setting.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, CMS management, email marketing, and social media management.
• Experience with SiteCore is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a knack for deriving actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Comprehension of business goals and the capability to connect campaign analytics to strategic objectives and initiatives.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and a dedication to data accuracy and quality assurance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Enthusiasm for keeping abreast of website analytics and digital marketing trends.
• Preferred relevant certifications in web analytics.
• Working knowledge of web testing methodologies, HTML, and SEO is preferred.
• Capability to provide a non-cellular high-speed internet service for a home office.
• Minimum internet speed of 30 Mbps for downloads and 5 Mbps for uploads.
• Latency response time lower than 80 ms.
• Hotspots, satellite, and wireless internet services are not permitted.
• A dedicated workspace free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
