Senior Digital Marketeer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Create and implement marketing strategies that enhance awareness, engagement, lead generation, and account openings.

• Provide guidance on the most effective media mix across both online and offline platforms.

• Oversee and manage cross-channel marketing initiatives.

• Enhance visibility in search engines, AI search, and other high-intent platforms.

• Optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, and lead nurturing pathways.

• Evaluate campaign and funnel performance, translating insights into actionable improvements.

• Collaborate with content, creative, SEO, PPC, analytics, and product teams.

• Stay informed about marketing trends and identify new opportunities for growth.

• Contribute to squad planning, prioritization, and strategic direction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing.

• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable growth through campaigns, search optimization, conversion strategies, and funnel enhancements.

• Strong knowledge of SEO, paid media, conversion rate optimization, lead generation, and customer journey mapping.

• A data-driven approach with robust analytical skills.

• Strategic thinker who is comfortable with hands-on execution.

• Experience working collaboratively in agile environments.

• Strong business acumen and effective stakeholder management capabilities.

• Native Dutch speaker or possess strong proficiency in Dutch.

• Excellent command of the English language.
