This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and execute GA4 and GTM measurement configurations, which include event architecture, custom dimensions and metrics, as well as server-side tagging.
• Develop dataLayer specifications, perform quality assurance against live containers, and collaborate with developers for implementation.
• Troubleshoot tracking issues arising from broken tags and misfiring triggers, addressing gaps in downstream reporting.
• Create data pipelines and warehousing strategies utilizing BigQuery or similar platforms, including GA4 exports and behavioral-data integrations.
• Develop measurement architecture that is scalable across various clients and properties.
• Construct and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, and/or Power BI.
• Convert raw data into easily understandable insights and actionable recommendations for clients.
• Plan and execute Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) programs, including formulating hypotheses, conducting A/B and multivariate tests, performing statistical analysis, and evaluating revenue or lead objectives.
• Analyze web and behavioral data using GA4, Crazy Egg, Microsoft Clarity, and similar tools to pinpoint user drop-off patterns.
• Assist in new business development through drafting proposals, pitching ideas, and defining analytics scopes.
• Collaborate across multiple client accounts with paid media, SEO, design, and development teams.
• Lead client measurement discussions and present findings to marketing directors, VPs, and founders.
• Extensive experience with GA4 and GTM implementation, covering event architecture, custom dimensions and metrics, server-side tagging, and debugging through Tag Assistant and DevTools.
• Proficient in dataLayer design and specifications.
• Comfortable with coding, including JavaScript for GTM and SQL for data querying and transformation.
• Experience in creating data pipelines and warehousing strategies using BigQuery or a comparable platform.
• Proven track record in building dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, and/or Power BI that influence decision-making.
• Experience in executing CRO programs utilizing A/B and multivariate testing tools.
• Professional proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Ability to articulate technical tracking issues to clients in straightforward language and produce clear client-facing documentation.
• A minimum of five years in an agency or consultancy, managing client or stakeholder relationships, leading calls, and presenting analytical findings.
