This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and execute GA4 and GTM measurement frameworks, encompassing event architecture, custom dimensions and metrics, as well as server-side tagging.
• Draft dataLayer specifications, validate them against live containers, and work in collaboration with developers for implementation.
• Troubleshoot tracking problems arising from faulty tags and misfiring triggers, leading to reporting inconsistencies.
• Develop data pipelines and warehousing strategies utilizing BigQuery or comparable platforms.
• Construct scalable measurement frameworks across various clients and properties.
• Design and sustain dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, and/or Power BI.
• Convert raw data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for clients.
• Plan and execute Conversion Rate Optimization initiatives, including formulating hypotheses, conducting A/B and multivariate tests, performing statistical analyses, and aligning with revenue or lead goals.
• Examine web and behavioral data using GA4, Crazy Egg, Microsoft Clarity, and similar analytical tools.
• Assist in new business initiatives through proposal writing, presentations, and analytics scoping.
• Facilitate client measurement discussions, present findings, substantiate recommendations, and compose client-facing follow-ups.
• Collaborate with various client accounts alongside paid media, SEO, design, and development teams.
• Extensive experience in GA4 and GTM implementation, including event architecture, custom dimensions and metrics, server-side tagging, and debugging using Tag Assistant and DevTools.
• Proficient in dataLayer design and specifications.
• Comfortable with coding, particularly JavaScript for GTM and SQL for data querying and transformation.
• Experience in developing data pipelines and warehousing strategies using BigQuery or a similar platform.
• Proven track record in creating dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, and/or Power BI that influence decision-making.
• Experience in conducting CRO programs utilizing A/B and multivariate testing tools.
• Professional proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• A minimum of five years in an agency or consultancy setting where you have managed client or stakeholder relationships, including leading your own calls and presenting your analysis.
• Experience in managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
