Senior DHA Policy Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist in a prospective project that manages the evaluation process for a service member’s fitness for duty.

• Facilitate the assessment process for determining eligibility for separation or retirement on the grounds of disability.

• Offer policy analysis support for the initiative.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Certification in PMP or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing large teams or personnel.

• Previous experience in quality assurance and policy planning initiation.

• Strong preference for knowledge related to DoD disability evaluations.

• Highly preferred experience in implementing DoD/VA policies and federal regulations.
