Senior DevOps Engineer – Linux, Python, Bash

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Design and implement automation and testing processes for system-level software within cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Collaborate with internal engineering and support teams to strategize, create, and code tests for new features, software deployments, bug reproduction, and related tasks.

• Provide support for cloud infrastructure, software deployment activities, and automation efforts across various public cloud platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of DevOps experience with public cloud infrastructure.

• At least 2 years of experience with Linux (shell/cmdline; knowledge equivalent to LPIC-1 or CompTIA Linux+).

• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience in creating CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub CI/CD.

• Expertise in Python and Bash scripting.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and implementing automation for cloud/CI/CD environments focused on automated testing or delivery.

• Strong communication skills.

• Capability to work independently as well as in a team setting.

• Excellent English proficiency in both oral and written communication.

• Self-motivated with the ability to learn from documentation and work with minimal supervision.

• Technical interview that includes a practical coding component, featuring a live coding exercise in Python, Go, Java, or Bash.
