Senior DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belarus.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, and sustain scalable, highly available, and secure infrastructure.

• Automate CI/CD pipelines and oversee deployments to both staging and production environments.

• Engage with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm for efficient container orchestration and management.

• Administer and implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Terragrunt.

• Establish and uphold monitoring and logging systems, such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/OpenSearch.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure platform reliability, performance, and scalability.

• Uphold system security and apply best practices for DevOps and cloud infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in a production setting.

• Strong fundamentals in Linux and networking.

• Demonstrated experience with managed cloud services, preferably AWS or GCP.

• High proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.

• Practical experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools, including Terraform and Terragrunt.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, ideally GitHub Actions and self-hosted runners.

• Strong shell scripting abilities and basic experience with Python or Go.

• Understanding of security principles and industry best practices.

• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to work independently.
