
Senior Developer Relations Manager – Smart Spaces, Local Government

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Establish and nurture relationships within the EMEA Smart Spaces and Local Government ISV ecosystem
• Create synergies between clients and partner organizations
• Energize the ecosystem by conducting training sessions on NVIDIA innovations, strategies, hardware, and software
• Provide guidance to account management, business development, and solution architect teams to develop new markets and enhance ISV partner scalability
• Act as a technical advisor, problem solver, and advocate for the developer ecosystem within Smart Spaces and Local Government
• Showcase solutions that integrate the NVIDIA stack into developer products, platforms, and workflows
• Offer advice on technical enablement resources, which include sample code, guides, demonstration pipelines, and tools
• Assist partners and startups with onboarding and integration into NVIDIA programs
• Map, track, and assess the developer ecosystem to uncover growth opportunities and guide technology roadmaps
• Collaborate with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to enhance developer engagement and partner adoption
• Interact with partner engineering teams, technical leaders, and decision-makers to identify objectives and address technical challenges
• Advocate for partner technical needs and feedback to NVIDIA product and engineering teams to shape product roadmaps
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• At least 8+ years of professional experience in the technology sector, focusing on software engineering, developer relations, or technical partnerships
• Over 5 years of direct, hands-on experience within the specified ecosystem (Public Sector or Smart Spaces)
• Proven experience in leading, partnering, and expanding developer programs at major technology organizations within the Public Sector, Local Government, Smart Cities and Spaces ISVs, or similar verticals
• Technical expertise in high-performance computing, cloud technologies, AI/ML, and/or specific frameworks and libraries relevant to verticals
• Practical experience in building and customizing LLM, generative AI, RAG, or agentic AI applications in production or production-like settings
• Familiarity with agent harnesses, sandboxed execution, policy enforcement, OpenShell-like environments, or secure enterprise agent runtime builds
• Knowledge of model customization or post-training methods such as SFT, RL/RLHF/RLAIF, DPO, reward modeling, LoRA/PEFT, quantization-aware optimization, or model evaluation
• Capability to operate within complex, matrixed environments and simplify intricate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams, including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivering technical talks or workshops
• Proficiency in structuring and executing complex technical engagements, negotiating requirements, prioritizing issues, and collaborating with various stakeholders
