Senior Developer Relations Manager – Cloud Provider AI Factory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and sustain in-depth technical knowledge within the cloud provider and hosting sector.

• Act as a reliable technical consultant, problem solver, and advocate for the developer ecosystem.

• Showcase and integrate NVIDIA software tools, libraries, SDKs, NIMs, and blueprints into partner products, platforms, and workflows.

• Assist partners in the onboarding and integration process using sample code, guides, and demo workflows.

• Analyze and monitor the developer ecosystem to uncover growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to influence roadmaps and enhance partner adoption strategies.

• Engage with partner technical leaders to promote best practices in integrations and address technical obstacles.

• Monitor adoption rates, introduce new workflows, and relay field insights to NVIDIA product teams.

• Coordinate feedback across product and engineering divisions.

• Support product marketing efforts through technology evangelism.

• Synchronize with adjacent team members to align end-to-end architectures and implement technology integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• A minimum of 8+ years of cumulative professional experience in the technology sector, including roles in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management.

• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud hosting or AI Factory infrastructure.

• Proven experience in leading, partnering, and expanding developer programs at prominent technology firms, cloud infrastructure ISVs, or relevant industries.

• Extensive technical knowledge in cloud hosting software, end-to-end AI Factory infrastructure, container runtimes, Kubernetes, hypervisors, server hardware design, cluster building, networking architecture, product integrations, and software libraries.

• Experience steering technical collaborations with engineering and product teams, including architectural design, code evaluations, technical mentorship, and delivering technical presentations or workshops.

• Capability to organize and execute complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficiency in simplifying complex technical ideas for a diverse audience, from engineers to executives.

• Comprehensive experience in defining, integrating, constructing, and co-marketing solutions with strategic ISV partners.

• Practical experience with vertical-specific solutions, advanced computing, AI, GPU acceleration platforms, managed Kubernetes, developer communities, technical enablement programs, developer sentiment frameworks, and complete AI Factory architectures is considered a plus.
