This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, integrate, test, and maintain both existing and new applications.
• Contribute to the prioritization of product features and the formulation of technology roadmaps.
• Design, build, and perform unit testing on highly scalable applications.
• Provide maintenance support and assist with the escalation of incidents.
• Identify emerging technologies, trends, and potential opportunities.
• Engage in sprint planning, design, coding, unit testing, and sprint reviews.
• Create foundational design documents and convert them into component-level designs.
• Design, develop, and distribute reusable technical components.
• Assist with the creation of technical documentation.
• Participate in the development of test plans, integration, and deployment activities.
• Define and develop project requirements, functional specifications, and detailed designs of application solutions for clients.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience in Information Technology, OR a Technical Certification and/or relevant College Courses with 6 years of experience in Information Technology, OR 8 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Ability to sit and perform computer entry for the entire work shift, as necessary.
• Capability to manage workload, multiple priorities, and resolve conflicts with customers, employees, and managers.
• Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, Java, ASP.Net, PHP, Ruby, and C#.
• Familiarity with traditional application programming languages such as COBOL, Perl, and C+.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including BASH, Perl, Python, and Ruby.
• Experience in designing application/product features.
• Involvement with integration technologies like Tibco, Informatica, and CAS.
• Exposure to mobile technologies such as HP Anywhere, iOS, Android, Java, and HTML5.
• Knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA).
• Experience with cloud computing technologies (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS).
• Familiarity with application configuration.
• Skills in rapid prototyping.
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Iterative Development.
• Experience in system performance management.
• Familiarity with systems change and configuration management.
• Management of business requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
