Senior Developer Analyst – Tech Growth & Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and implement applied AI solutions along with integrations for both internal and external systems.

• Create and sustain AI agents, RAG flows, tools for querying internal databases, and automations focused on business processes.

• Execute ingestion, processing, enrichment, and querying pipelines for both structured and unstructured data.

• Develop APIs, backend services, and reusable components that facilitate intelligent assistants, automations, and corporate integrations.

• Seamlessly integrate AI solutions with databases, CRMs, ERPs, automation tools, external services, and the company’s internal platforms.

• Employ best practices for security, traceability, access control, versioning, testing, and observability in the solutions developed.

• Assess business requirements from a technical standpoint, suggest feasible approaches, and convert operational needs into actionable technical solutions.

• Contribute to the advancement of the team's AI platform architecture, taking into account scalability, governance, maintainability, and operational costs.

• Generate proofs of concept, validate technical assumptions, and transition prototypes into production-ready solutions.

• Document solutions, technical decisions, integrations, APIs, data flows, and operational criteria thoroughly.

• Oversee executions, errors, token usage, performance, and the quality of responses generated by AI agents.

• Collaborate closely with business units, security, infrastructure, architecture, and other technical teams to ensure alignment in technical and operational deliveries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced expertise in at least one contemporary programming language (such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Java, or similar).

• Proficiency in backend development with REST APIs.

• Familiarity with modern backend frameworks (like FastAPI, Express, NestJS, Spring Boot, or their equivalents).

• Knowledge of SQL and data modeling.

• Experience with PostgreSQL.

• Integration experience with LLMs and AI APIs.

• Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector search, and vector databases, preferably pgvector.

• Skills in developing AI agents, tools, memory, instructions, workflows, and orchestration.

• Proficiency in Git, versioning, code review, and development best practices.

• Experience with Docker and running containerized applications.

• Competence in automated testing, logging, error handling, and technical documentation.

• Ability to integrate corporate systems through APIs, webhooks, queues, or scheduled jobs.

• Basic understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and handling sensitive data.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

• Preferred: Experience with Agno.

• Preferred: Experience with n8n.

• Preferred: Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Preferred: Knowledge of Kubernetes or container orchestration.

• Preferred: Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.

• Preferred: Proficiency in React and TypeScript for developing basic operational or validation interfaces.

• Preferred: Familiarity with CI/CD practices.

• Preferred: Knowledge of observability, tracing, metrics, and monitoring.

• Preferred: Understanding of LLMOps, response evaluation, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop processes.

• Preferred: Experience with ETL, Polars, DuckDB, or large-file processing.

• Preferred: Knowledge of software architecture, messaging, and microservices.

• Preferred: Experience in corporate environments, CRM, ERP, and integrations with legacy systems.
