Senior Designer – Brand Designer, Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Create brand identities and visual frameworks.

• Offer art direction and construct visual concepts.

• Develop campaign ideas, key visuals, and campaign identities.

• Assist in the evolution and refresh of brands.

• Convert strategy and messaging into distinct visual ideas.

• Build visual territories that can be extended across campaigns and channels.

• Ensure consistent application of brand and campaign systems across websites, presentations, social media, paid advertising, events, and other materials.

• Operate independently from strategic or conceptual guidance through to high-level execution.

• Provide freelance assistance for a few hours each week.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant senior-level experience, ideally 7+ years.

• A portfolio showcasing strong work in both branding and campaigns.

• Deep understanding of traditional Art Direction principles and campaign development.

• Experience in creating key visuals and campaign identities, rather than merely adapting existing assets.

• Exceptional skills in typography, layout, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience in developing comprehensive brand and visual systems, beyond just logos or isolated elements.

• Strong conceptual thinking abilities and the capacity to explore various creative territories.

• Ability to take a core idea or key visual and translate it consistently across different formats and channels.

• High standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

• Capability to work autonomously and make decisions without requiring constant creative oversight.

• Ability to interpret feedback and enhance the work, rather than applying comments literally.

• Proficient in Figma and Adobe tools.

• Comfortable collaborating in English within remote and multicultural teams.
