Brand Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create brand identities, encompassing logos, typography, color palettes, visual language systems, and associated artifacts.

• Transform brand strategies into engaging visual assets that effectively communicate essential messages and foster emotional connections.

• Design brand implementations across various platforms including print, digital, environmental, and experiential mediums.

• Present design concepts and their rationale to clients.

• Integrate feedback and refine designs accordingly.

• Provide mentorship to junior designers.

• Contribute to a cooperative and inclusive studio environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.

• An advanced degree is preferred.

• 4–8 years of experience in brand design.

• A robust portfolio showcasing proficiency in visual identity systems and brand applications.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

• Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.

• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to translate abstract concepts into captivating visual solutions.
