Senior Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Enhance CLEAResult's design system within Claude Design.

• Develop AI-driven, self-service on-brand templates for various teams throughout the organization.

• Bring CLEAResult's brand to life through brand materials, sales resources, social media content, web projects, and motion graphics.

• Produce both static and motion design work to elevate CLEAResult's reputation and attract target utilities.

• Oversee contract and freelance designers as necessary.

• Manage brand governance through Frontify, including the brand modernization initiative.

• Lead the design efforts for the website and SharePoint.

• Assess and prioritize a high volume of ad hoc creative requests.

• Collaborate with the Senior Director and project manager to organize and batch creative tasks.

• Work alongside the Content Marketing Manager to transform scripts into podcast, webinar, and short-form video assets.

• Fulfill design requests for digital, print, event materials, sales enablement, and internal presentations.

• Evaluate and enhance the creative request queue, intake process, delivery cadence, and reusable assets within the first 90 days.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in brand or creative direction, with solid hands-on production skills.

• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).

• Experience in motion graphics or video production.

• Proven ability to manage a high-volume, multi-stakeholder request queue with a structured intake process.

• Experience in developing reusable templates or design systems that enable non-designers to self-serve.

• Familiarity with AI tools, including Claude and Claude Design.

• Experience in directing contract or freelance creative talent; direct people management experience is a plus.

• Knowledge of the utility or energy industry is advantageous.

• A portfolio link is required.

• A motion reel or examples showcasing motion graphics and video work.

• One example of a template or design system used by others without your direct involvement.

• If applicable, meet all DOT qualification standards and adhere to relevant federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

• Authorization to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support is necessary.

• Successful candidates must pass pre-employment background checks.
